New machine

 

In the second half of April 2022, airRoxy equipped its machine park with another 450 kN injection moulding machine. Thanks to special sockets, it is possible to install molds of all sizes. Auxiliary equipment such as a dryer and channel system prepare and transport the granulate to the cylinder, where it is liquefied by heating. Then the injected material is cooled, the mould opens and the semi-finished product is ejected from the mould for the next production steps.

The device started working immediately after installation. Continuous development and expansion of the technological park allows for timely delivery of goods of the highest quality. In the near future we plan to introduce 6 new products.
